OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED EXHIBIT F <br /> 1 . An Air Pollution permit will not be needed since we will <br /> remove less than 70,000 tons per year from this site. <br /> 2 . No County permit is needed. <br /> 3 . This is an open pit operation and ground water will not be <br /> exposed so a well permit and temporary supply plan is unnec- <br /> essary. <br /> 4. A dredge fill permit (404) is not required because there are <br /> no waters of the U.S. on this site. <br /> 5. A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) will be prepared for <br /> this pit if there is a potential for surface water leaving <br /> the site. <br /> 6. A NPDES permit to cover stormwater runoff and dewatering is <br /> not required, all stormwater will be retained on site. <br /> 15 <br />
