RE: Financial Warranties for Gold Eagle Mining, Inc., operations.
DMG Durango records indicate that Gold Eagle Mining is/or is applying to become the
operator/permitt r the above listed DMG permits. The DMG permits also exist on DOE
lease blocks for which the DOE has required a reclamation bond from the operator.
Pursuant to Rule 4.2.1 (8), DMG has not required duplicate financial warranty for
operations having a federal agency reclamation bond.
Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 1009 with Western Colorado Bank, in the amount of
$80,000, has been required by DOE for Gold Eagle Mining operations at the following lease
