The gravel stockpiled materials will be offered to other governmental agencies for their use. If the <br />material has not been removed by July or August 1996, Staff will return to OSBT and request that <br />the material be pushed into the North Area clay pit. <br />REVEGETATION PLAN <br />SEEDBED PREPAR~,TION <br />The area will be shaped and smoothed using heavy equipment and bare of vegetation. T'ne area <br />will then be covered with about three (3) inches of filter fines. The azea will then be chiseled <br />before being seeded. <br />SEEDL`IG iviETHODS <br />Seeding will be done by the broadcast method. T'ne hand seeding will be as even as possible. <br />SEEDL`1G R-1TE <br />Seeding rate included in the attached "Table 1" is for broadcast seeding. <br />SEEDI~iiG DEPTH <br />The broadcast seeding will be incorporated into the surtace soil by raking or har-.ewir~g.
