Proposed Future Land Use <br />Goal of reclamation) Fish ponds. <br />EXHIBIT A - Leyal Description <br />The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly adequate fur field <br />location of the property. It can be in the form of metes n bounds survey or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot number(s) may be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT d - (~lininy Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipme~it, phases or stages of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected oy each. The plan shoulo oe correlated witn <br />the ;nap and should show where extraction will oeyin, and which direction, if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT L' - I+lap <br />This snap should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the yround and existing and proposed <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection ;with the mining operation. All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, <br />section line, or any other locataole points should also be shown on this snap. <br />EXHIBIT D -Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information <br />each of the aoove-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicaole <br />Ru 1 e. <br />EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, <br />phases or stayes of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the map. If not, the narrative <br />must be comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected <br />appearance of the area after coinpietion of reclamation. <br />
