We have enclosed a <br />perfotmance warranty form with this letter for your use. <br />PLEASE NOTE THAT MINING OPERATIONS MAY NOT COMMENCE UNTIL A PERMIT <br />HAS BEEN ISSUED BY THE DIVISION AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR PERFORMANCE <br />WARRANTY.
