~~~5~ • •
#15: Actual disturbance area is currently 138 acres, These discrepancies
in text will be appropriately modified.
#`16: There is currently, 280,200 cubic yards of topsoil in inventory.
This results in 1.26 feet of topsoil to be distributed over the
existing disturbed area. If cropland areas receive at least 18
inches of topsoil the remaining areas will be receiving slightly
leas. Anew topsoil redistribution schedule will be forthcoming to
the Division to reflect the existing quantities and planned
I\ \ application of the available topsoil.
~\
1 ^U
V1
XIV OPERATION DESCRIPTION
-~ #`25: To date there has been 538,600 cubic yards of material removed from
both pits. This material has been placed in the fill area which has
721,500 cubic yards of "swelled" material. This calculates to a
348 swell factor. Aa discussed in Attachment "D" hereto, Air Photo
Surveys made these calculations based upon the original topographic
maps of the USGS (also used in PCI'e original permit. Prior to
mining, the time frames for the various phases of mining will be
submitted to the Division for inclusion in the final permit.
Forthcoming maps will accurately depict the size and extent of the
current pit. These maps will be supplied to the Division as soon
as available.
