Anew topsoil redistribution schedule will be forthcoming to <br />the Division to reflect the existing quantities and planned <br />I\ \ application of the available topsoil. <br />~\ <br />1 ^U <br />V1 <br />XIV OPERATION DESCRIPTION <br />-~ #`25: To date there has been 538,600 cubic yards of material removed from <br />both pits. This material has been placed in the fill area which has <br />721,500 cubic yards of "swelled" material. This calculates to a <br />348 swell factor. Aa discussed in Attachment "D" hereto, Air Photo <br />Surveys made these calculations based upon the original topographic <br />maps of the USGS (also used in PCI'e original permit. Prior to <br />mining, the time frames for the various phases of mining will be <br />submitted to the Division for inclusion in the final permit. <br />Forthcoming maps will accurately depict the size and extent of the <br />current pit. These maps will be supplied to the Division as soon <br />as available. <br />
