Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On July 6, 2007 the Division of Reclamation, Mining, & Safety received your 112 Construction <br />Materials Amendment Application for the Halfinoon Pit, File No. M-1977-071. Preliminary <br />review of the information received determined that you must submit an additional application fee <br />of $291 before the Division can consider your application as being submitted and technical <br />review can begin. (Please note that effective July 1, 2007 the required application fee fora 112 <br />Amendment increased from $1938 to $2229). <br />You have sixty (60) days from the above date to submit the requested application fee increase <br />that the Office needs for a Regular 112 Amendment application to be considered filed. If, at the <br />end of the sixty day period, the application has not been determined to be filed with the Office, <br />the Office shall deny the application and terminate the application file. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your <br />application.
