18. Recordation of Agreement, Grantors and Grantees agree to place this Agreement of record iii the
records of Routt County, Colorado.
19. Grantors' Consent. The term "Grantors Consent" as used in this Agreement shall mean four {4) of
[he six (6) Grantors must agree in writing to grant consent.
20. Headings. Ali headings of this Agreement have been inserted for convenience of reference only, are
not to be considered a part of this Agreement, and shall in no way affect the interpretation of any of the
provisions of this Agreement.
21. Successors and Assigns. The terms Grantor and Grantee, as used herein, shall include the
successors and assigns of each Grantor and Grantee.
22. Entire Agreement. This Agreement is subordinate to all prior agreements, written, oral or implied
between the parties hereto dealing with the subject matter covered by this Agreement, and constitutt:s the
entire agreement between the parties. The recitals are a part of this Agreement.
23. Annrovar and Amendment, This Agreement may only be amended by a writing signed by all patties.
24. Rela#ionship of Parties. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted or construed as a
partnership or joint venture.
25. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of
the State of Colorado.
26. Countercart Execution. This Agreement may he executed in counterparts, each of which shall be
doemed an original of this instrument.
