<br /> <br />NO'i7CE OF FILING FOR BOARD ACTION ON <br />A PREVIOUS APPROVAL OF A <br />MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />FOR A REGULAR (112) OPERATION <br />NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />EL PASO COUNTY <br />Fountain Colony Investment Company has requested the Mined Land Reclamation Board ("the <br />Board") reaffirm their previous approval for an application to conduct mining operations <br />located in EI Paso County and the City of Fountain. The attached information is being <br />provided to notify you of the nature of the request to the Board. A copy of this request letter is <br />also available at the county clerk and recorder office. <br />The application was originally approved on January 21, 1988 and proposes to reclaim the land <br />for industrial/residential uses. Pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32-116(7)(j) the Board is required to <br />confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before approving of the post-mining <br />land use.
