It can be in the form of metes & bounds survey or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. The plan should be correlated with <br />the map and should show where extraction will begin, and which direction, if any, it <br />will proceed. SEE A rrACf{ ME/JT <br />EXHIBIT C -Map <br />This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existing and proposed <br />roads or access routes to be used in connection with the mining operation. All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must be shown.
