Mininst and Ttaclamation: The top six inches of the soil will ba stockpiled far use laser in topeoiliag to a comparable depth. Anp other ovar- burdea will be used is Che project. The useable sand gravel would be excavated to m average depth of ads feet. The project will probably take abouC 100 days to complete. Baclaiming the area will involve reducing ell elopes to not aieepas than 0:1. Any excess overburden that vas not seeded would be spread is Che pit bottom. Thee the etoakpiled overburden (soil) would De spread to a 6 inch depth aver the entire area. The area would then be seeded with a cover crop of winter wheat (fall planting) or M111ae (spring planting} and a mixtare of buffalo grass, blae grams, keatucky bluagrssa, fairway crested vheatgrass, and alfalfa. The area will ba fertilised with a mixture of fartiliaere that will result in ea 18-45-0 mix at 500 pounds per acre.
