1. Mining will camience January 1, 1990 (pending approvals) and end on
' or before December 31, 1999, in four 2'~ acre, 2`~ year increments.
2. The A and B horizons will be removed and stockpiled for reuse during
' reve~getation. Where the A horizon is less than 6 inches thick, all uncon-
solidated material will be used. In areas where the C horizon exists,
a portion will also be stockpiled and reused. Topsoil stockpiles will
be =_,eeded with a perennial grass such as Pubescent Wheat Grass.
3. All overburden in this application consists of topsoil.

6. This 10.00 acre application is proposed to be mined in four 2~ acre
' pha ses (at no time will more than 2!~ acres be disturbed). Reclamation
is p:.oposed to be an ongoing process.
' 7. The existing gravel access road will remain as is, with the exception
of tl7e adition of a stabilizer/dust suppression agent ("Coherex" or equal).
' The road is about 10 feet wide and 1620 feet long.
