(e) A plan or schedule indicating how and when reclamation will be implemented. The plan or
schedule shall include:
(i) an estimate of the periods of time which will be required for the various stages of
reclamation.
Reclamation will start as soon as operationally feasible after there is sufficient room for equipment,
equipment movement and stockpiling. This is estimated to begin within 2 - 3 years, depending on
business demand for the products produced. Reclamation will then follow mining as closely as
possible during the life of this operation. Plans are to have everything done witlt all reclamation
complete within 5 years after mining is complete and all stockpiles removed.
(ii) a description of the size and location of each area to be reclaimed during each phase.
Mining will start on the east side of the affected area at the point the haul road enters the pit from
Lane 36, and will continue southerly tmtil the southern area has been completely ntined. Mining will
then continue north to the north boundary of the affected area. As stated earlier, this is not a phased
operation, but 40 acres is the most that will be affected a[ any one time by the gradual movement of
mining in the me o escn ed.
