.J <br /> <br />• <br />The West Coal Loadout facility is located along the Atchison, <br />Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad west of County Road 70, near <br />Florence, Colorado. The Loadout area is shown on the Loadout <br />Area Surface and Groundwater Hydrology Map, (Map 13). The <br />drainage and sediment control plan for the West Coal Loadout <br />facilities is designed to control drainage from the disturbed <br />areas and coal stockpile locations within the permit boundary. <br />The hydrologic control plan consists of the following component <br />o Sedimentation Pond L2 <br />The general arrangement plan showing the locations of the above <br />mentioned structure is presented on the Loadout Area Surface and <br />Groundwater Hydrology Map,(Map 13). Detailed design drawings are <br />shown on the West Loadout Area Pond L2 and Drainage Structure <br />Design Map (Map 27). Design calculations for each structure are <br />presented in the following test. <br />One area at the West Loadout has been designated as a Small Area <br />Exemption. This area is exempt from full scale drainage and <br />sediment control requirements.
