• Town of Hayden. The town of Hayden, which is located some seven miles due north of the <br />Mine Permit Area, adopted and published in July of 1960 a Crowth Management Ptan in three <br />volumes. Respectively, the three volumes are: the "Growth Management Plan"; a "Summary <br />Report"; and "Preliminary Performance Standards". However, the geographic or <br />jurisdictional extent of this plan, as well as anticipated urban development of any kind, is <br />far removed from the proposed permit area boundaries and thus has no real effect on the <br />proposed Mine Permit Area. <br />References <br />Anderson, J.R „ E, E.
