Please <br />address the following concerns prior to the due date of March 3, 2000. <br />Exhibit D -Mining Plan <br />1) The query regarding the dimensions of the asphalt plant has been adequately answered. <br />2) The query regazding the buildings previously omitted from the map has been adequately <br />answered. <br />Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />3) The following hydrological concerns mentioned in Tom Schreiner's review still remain: <br />a) The designs to be submitted for the mining cell spillways must be submitted as Technical <br />Revisions to the permit. Please commit to this in writing. <br />b) The time schedules for the installation of the new drainage tiles and the partial <br />replacements, as well as tiles changes to the Helps Seep Ditch, have not been included in <br />the latest submittals. Please specify when this work will be begun, and the estimated time <br />until completion. Costs for the re-location of Helps Seep Ditch have also not been <br />included: please remedy this. <br />c) The applicant has staled that inert fill generated off the permit area will also be brought <br />on the site as backfill and that this material could include concrete, soil, brick, and limited <br />
