(BME) requests approval to drill two exploration drill holes this year <br />in Rio Blanco County. The application form and associated supporting documentation is <br />attached. <br />Approval from the BLM is being requested concurrent with this submittal. Additional <br />information is being supplied within this application to address potential concems and issues of <br />the BLM. <br />The driller we selected is available to start work on October ls`. We would like to have approval <br />to proceed as soon as reasonably possible.
