The decision date for your <br />application is scheduled for Apri122, 2004. Therefore, I would appreciate a response from you <br />on or before Apri120, 2004. Please be advised that your application maybe deemed inadequate <br />and maybe denied on Apri122, 2004 unless the following adequacy review items are addressed <br />to the satisfaction of the Division. In the event that you need additional time to prepare an <br />adequacy response, please state in writing on or before Apri122, 2004 your request for an <br />extension of the decision date. Also, please be sure to include two (2) copies of your response. <br />I. Please verify whether toxic or acid-forming materials will be exposed or disturbed as a result <br />of mining operations, or whether acid mine drainage occurs or has the potential to occur in <br />quantities sufficient to adversely affect any person, property, or the environment as a result of <br />mining or reclamation activities. Please respond. <br />6.3.3 EXHIBIT C -Mining Plan <br />2. The applicant specifies that ore will be processed on site through crushing and screening, then <br />processed offsite for final separation. In conformance with Rule 6.3.3(1)(m), please describe the <br />crushing and screening process and the facilities or equipment to be used. Also, the process area <br />and any structures must be described on Exhibit E -Map. <br />3. The applicant has specified that there will be an average thickness of 5 feet of overburden or <br />waste rock produced during mining.
