The concrete and asphalt plant and concrete and asphalt recycling fadlities <br />wpl tie rek>cated from another site and shall tie in place during the operation <br />of the mine only- Post mining and prior to redamatan, the batch plants and <br />recycle fadlities shall lie removed. <br />2. Application for the SWSP and Gravel Well Permit is expelled to be submitted <br />to the Office of the State Engineer for review and approval the week of June <br />21, 2004. The expelled approval date is uncertain; however the operator <br />shall not do any grading that would expose groundwater and shall provide <br />written notification with an affidavit at the time SWSP and Gravel Well Permit <br />approval is received stating that no groundwater was exposed prior to permit <br />approvals. <br />3. The total overburden material generated by the mining operatans totals <br />4,000 yd3. 160,000 yd3 of the material shall be used for the construction of <br />the haul road, 70,000 yd3 shall be used for the construction of the plant site, <br />153,000 yd9 shop be used forfiping to the desired reclamation slopes and liner <br />foundation, and 107,000 yd3 of material shall be used in the construction of <br />the daystor~ liner. The plan no longer calls for material to tie exported. <br />6.4.5 Exhibk E -Reclamation Pin <br />4. The surface acreage and water storage capacities for the two reservoirs are <br />3.24 acres for the Surdiarge Reservoir and 31.48 acxes for Raindanae <br />Reservoir with volumes of 44.5 ao-ft and 560 ao-ft, respectively. <br />5. A typipl cross-section for the daystone liner has Been included and is <br />labeled Figure 1. The full length of the fill slope on the soil liner stmll tie <br />constructed with a slope of 3H:1 V from kxest to toe. <br />6. From Figure 1, it can tie determined the liner width at the top of the reservoir <br />is 8' and the liner thickness is 38' at the tce. The thidvress is based on the <br />
