<br />the Town of Hugo, in the County of Lincoln, State of
<br />Colorado, and having a general circulation therein; that
<br />said newspaper has been cominuously and uninterruptedly
<br />published in said County (iffy-nvo (52) consecwive weeks
<br />next prior to the first publication of the annexed notice,
<br />and that said newspaper is a newspaper within the meaning
<br />of the act of the General Assembly of the State of Colo-
<br />rado, approved March 30, 1923, being Chapter 139, Ses-
<br />sion Laws of 1923, as amended by Chapter 113 0(the Ses-
<br />sion Laws of 1931, and as amended by Chapter 156 of the
<br />Session Laws of 1935; that said newspaper has been admit
<br />tad to the United Slates mails as second-class matter unde
<br />the provisions o(ihe Act of Congress of h1arch 3, 1879, of
<br />any amendmems thereof, That the annexed notice was
<br />published in the reeular and entire issue of eyer}• number
