<br /> <br />ACA may determine and specify the point during [he operation when the site has reached <br />a point of maximum disturbance. [f ACA commits to reclaiming the site as mining <br />progresses, then only the maximum disturbance will need to be bonded. The maximum <br />disturbed area will need to be bonded for all of the items noted above. The operator will <br />need to include a plan for an estimated time that will be required for the various stages or <br />phases of reclamation and a description of the size and location of each area to be <br />reclaimed. <br />6. The Division received three letters from other government agencies, The Office of the State <br />Engineer, Division of Wildlife and Department of the Army. A copy of the three letters is <br />enclosed. The comments and suggestions from these agencies should be addressed by the <br />operator, and where applicable, be incorporated in the permit application. <br />Please be advised that the Pine Ridge Pit new permit application Wray be deemed inadequate, and <br />the application may be denied on March 17, 1999 unless the above mentioned adequacy review <br />items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division.
