The following concerns do not fall directly under DMG's jurisdiction, but were also expressed by <br />the adjacent landowners: <br />12) Concerns about the isolation of the housing development. <br />13) Concerns regarding noise. <br />l4) Concerns regarding increased traffic. <br />l5) Concerns regarding dirt. <br />16) Concems regarding unpleasant views for many homeowners. <br />17) Concerns regarding damage to local roads due to heavy truck traffic. <br />18) Concerns regarding property devaluation due to adjacent mining. <br />Please address these concems prior to the currently scheduled due date of January 12, ?000. If <br />these concerns are not dealt with, or the decision date extended by January l2, DMG will be <br />forced to deny your application.
