The vegetative cover will help to stabilize the <br />berms and over time the area on the uphill side of the berms will silt in completing the reclamation <br />process. Regrading operations will be limited to existing disturbance areas and those immediately <br />adjacent undisturbed areas necessary to provide for effective blending of regraded surfaces with the <br />surrounding terrain.
