Rules 6 Reyulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing,
unless you notify us by July 25, 1983 chat you wish a later filing date, as per

this RULE Concerning compliance with local government zoning, as well.
The tentative date for consideration of your application oy the ,dined Land
Reclamation Board is July 27,28, 1983 You should comnence publication of a
notice of the filing of this app ication accordingly (see reverse side for notice
format). Notice requirements can be found in RULE ~ 2 Because the date~for
consideration may be subJect to revision, please do not include it in your notice.
For Limited Impact permit applications, the final date for filing of objections,
which must be stated in Che publication, must be 48 hours before this
tentative date for Board consideration.
You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential
items, with the Prowers County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or
additions to the copses on~ile in our offices must also oe made in this local
government copy.
