The legal <br />description which I was provided is: SE/4 N;U/4 SIV/4 NE/4 Section 9, T. i S., <br />' R. 102 }V. <br />The soil north o£ the existing pit area is in mapping unit 64--Glenberg fine <br />' sandy loam, 1 to 6 percent slopes. The mapping unit where the existing pit <br />is located is mapping unit 74--Torriorthents-Rock outcrop complex, cool, 35 <br />to 90 percent slopes.
