In response, CNHP has searched its <br />Biological and Conservation Datasystem (BCD) for natural heritage resources (occurrences of significant <br />natural communities and rare, threatened or endangered plants and animals) documented from the area of <br />T2N R67 W Section 6 in Weld County, Colorado, per your request. <br />At this time, no documented rare or imperiled occurrences of plants or animals, including Threatened and <br />Endangered species, have heen located in the area of interest. There is a historical record in the vicinity <br />of the proposed project area for the cylindrical papershell mollusk (Anodon[oides ferussacianus). 1. have <br />included a charact:.rization abstract for this mollusk. <br />The information contained herein represents the results of a search of Colorado Natural Heritage <br />Program's (CNHP) Biological and Conservation Data System (BCD). However, the absence of data fora: .. <br />particular area, species or habitat does not necessarily mean that these natural heritage resources do not <br />occur on or adjacent to the project site, rather that our files do not currently contain information to <br />document their presence. <br />The information provided can be used as a flag to anticipate possible impacts or to identify areas of <br />interest. I f impacts to wildlife habitat are possible, these data should not be considered a substitute for on- <br />the-ground biological surveys. <br />Although every attempt is made to provide the most current and precise information possible, please be <br />aware that some of our sources provide a higher level of accuracy than others, and some interpretation <br />may be required.
