<br />~nks and Gesso, LLC <br />EXHIBIT S -PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br />L. G. Everist is contacting all owners of man-made structures within 200 feet of the <br />affected area for the permit. L. G. Everist will in each case offer to repair damage to <br />structures resulting from mining activities and will attempt to reach an agreement with <br />each structure owner, as preferred under Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Construction Materials Rules. <br />The Operator will stay 200 feet away from all listed structures until an agreement can be <br />reached with the owners of those structures. In cases where no agreement can be <br />reached, the Operator will submit a slope stability analysis to the DMG and receive <br />approval prior to engaging in plans to mine closer than 200 feet. <br />Permanent, man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected land include: <br />STRUCTURE <br />Oil and gas pipeline <br />Stormwater ditch <br />Fiber Optic cable <br />Overhead Power lines <br />Overhead Telephone lines <br />Water line <br />Residence and related structure <br />Last Chance Ditch <br />Sewer line <br />Oil Wells <br />Lohmann Sand and Gravel Mine DMG.112 <br />L.G.
