<br />~nks and Gesso, LLC <br />Water Requirements of Operations <br />Consumptive use of water will be through dust suppression in the plant areas and the <br />interior haul road, through evaporative loss from excavated materials and alluvial <br />groundwater exposed due to mining, and through water used for concrete production. <br />The total annual consumptive use due to these factors will be approximately 32.61 acre- <br />feet for the first year and 58.36 acre-feet the second year. An annual accounting of the <br />consumptive use of the mining operation's water needs will be submitted to the Division <br />of Water Resources as part of the Temporary Substitute Supply Plan. <br />Water Rights <br />As a source for its water requirements, L. G. Everist and Lohmann will commit 1.0 share <br />of the Rural Ditch water rights, in the amount up to 121.40 acre-feet per year for <br />replacements needs incurred from mining and operation depletions. <br />Lohmann Sand and Gravel Mine.DMG.112 20055 <br />L.G.
