bl-;off
deposit lies on, therefor ground water will not be involved.
Storm runoff could be critical during mining and after recla-
mation causing erosion and consequent sediment deposits. This
has been discussed with the USDA Soil Conservation Service and
their recommendations in letter to Frank M. Graham, Jr. dated
November 3, 1981, by Carol Odegard, are acceptable to Broderick
& Gibbons. In addition, historic storm basins will be con-
structed during the mining operation so as to not change the
historic pattern of drainage.
Mining of one 40 acre phase means the location of the pro-
cessing plant in that area, the completion of mining that area,
and reclamation begun. Since the gravel deposits are spotty
in nature it is very likely that future adjustment in phasing
will be necessary.
•
