<br />~ WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 14, 1981, on the
<br />application~of R. D. VonEngeln, General Patter of Fountain Colony
<br />Investment Co., Terry Harris, and Broderick i Gibbons, Inc., fors _
<br />change of zoning of the property hereinaftec described from R~
<br />~ to I-3 .
<br />' WHEREAS, no objection was made to such change and the Citp
<br />Council feels that such change is appropriate under the Ordinance..
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the
