Effluent Limitations Beginning no later than the effective date of this pemrit and lasting through the expirafion date, the permittee is authorized to discharge from outfalls: 001 and 002 -the dischazges of surface runoff water and/or mine water prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch, 003 -the dischazge of surface runoff water prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch, 004 -the dischazge of treated domestic wastewater effluent prior to dischazging to Pond B (outfa11001), 005 -the discharge of surface runoff water prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch, 006 -the dischazge of none water prior to entering an unnamed tributary to the Nord Fork of the Gunnison River, 007 and 008 -the dischazges of surface runoff water prior to entering the North Fork of the Gunnison River. In accordance with the Water Quality Control Cormnission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R 1002-61, the permitted dischazge shall not contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow limitation. a.
