Effluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this pemrit and lasting through the expirafion date, the permittee is authorized to <br />discharge from outfalls: 001 and 002 -the dischazges of surface runoff water and/or mine water prior to entering Deer Trail <br />Ditch, 003 -the dischazge of surface runoff water prior to entering Deer Trail Ditch, 004 -the dischazge of treated domestic <br />wastewater effluent prior to dischazging to Pond B (outfa11001), 005 -the discharge of surface runoff water prior to entering <br />Deer Trail Ditch, 006 -the dischazge of none water prior to entering an unnamed tributary to the Nord Fork of the Gunnison <br />River, 007 and 008 -the dischazges of surface runoff water prior to entering the North Fork of the Gunnison River. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Cormnission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R 1002-61, the permitted dischazge shall not contain <br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow <br />limitation. <br />a.
