Therefore, no permit, the applicant will need a wavier of <br />exposure of ground water can occur during and objection from well owners within 600 feet <br />after mining operations. or request a hearing before the State <br />Engineer. <br />The proposed operation will consume <br />ground water by _ evaporation, _ dust <br />control, _ reclamation, _ and water <br />removed in the mined product. The applicant will need <br />to provide evidence to [his office that [he water is <br />permitted or decreed for such uses. <br />The proposed operation may have <br />potential impact on existing water rights <br />near the project location.
