CONDITIONS/STIPULATIONS FOR APPROVAL
The proposed operation does not _ Prior to approving a gravel well
anticipate exposing groundwater. Therefore, no permit, the applicant will need a wavier of

The proposed operation will consume

other water for uses at the gravel pit or for
storage in the gravel pit. The applicant will need
to provide evidence to [his office that [he water is
permitted or decreed for such uses.
The proposed operation may have
potential impact on existing water rights
near the project location. Please provide
evidence that the proposed project will not
alter or impact the historic operation of the
existing water rights.
