Each and every activity other than normal public rue of the courrxy roads, rigttrt~f- <br />ways and appurtenances will be considered as within the pu view of this resolution. <br />Activities not considered rtornnl public rise ut~lude, but are not limited to: (]) ~.ailiry <br />excavation, relocation, repair ar placement of facilities, (2) private tnaintertance of <br />county roads, (3) filrrring of Corttrrrercials when road conditions are altered, (4) dte <br />operation of any vehicles, combination of vehicles, or equipment. upon a County road <br />wt+ich exceed dte size and/or weight restrictions set fardr in sections ~2~-501 through <br />44-4-512, C.R.S., as art~nded, or the operation of any hatiling estuttated to be in <br />excess of 3.000,000 potuttis within a twelve morltlr period bes ning with the data of <br />permit approval over a specified aatmty road }taut route. <br />3.
