m all facilities. The applicant shall develop a SWMP for their faality, and certify in Item 8 of the appliation that it has
been completed. The SWMP shall be prepared in actordamce with good emgioeerimg practices. ('rhe p~ need not be

The plan shall identify potemial sources of pollution (including sediment) which may reasoffibly be expected m affect the

The drainage areas ahowu should include the pordoos of the wile where i~uatrial activit[ea ocwr, ea well as those
portions t~ntributing saumwatet that mixes with runoff from the iodttaaial area. Therefore, the emdre drainage area
where industrial activities ocatr mast uasUy be included.
Aside from mining. industrial activities can include egttipmem tva~ing, materials soorage, vehicle ~°' or
fueling. inciaratiem, waste treatment, smrage or disposal, atnippinQ/bading/unloading, etc. You do not need m include
industrial activities which amly tales place indoors. udeas them is some part or aspect of the activity with which
stormwater could Dome in constr. Far example, if all vehicle maimeaame is dome indoors, but vehicle smrage or
fueling is outside, the vehicle smrage or tneling area must be addreawd.
