14. Revision of Exhibit G to specify what measures will be taken to minimize offsite impacts and impacts to the hydrologic balance due to runoff from affected azeas. There will not be any offsite impacts except a few small trucks and cars on the county roads. If the use of our trucks causes road damages we are to contact the Road and Bridge Dept. of San Miguel County and as to what they deem fit. We will repair with grader to their specifications. Impacts due to runoff will be kept confined to mined area either by small pits or burns as needed until projected is finished. I5. Adequacy Issue: Exhibit G. indicates that water may be requved for dust control. This water will be obtained from Local ranchers or brought from Dove Creek at the expense of H & H Stone Co. Inc. 16. We will abide by DMG calculate of reclamation cost. 17. I do not think we need to contact the Army Corps of Engineers because we will not be dischazging any materials in the waters U.S. All removal will be on pallets before being removed from pit azea. All soils stripped, rock mined and reclamation will be inside contained pit that will later become pond with natural stone spillway aheady in place and will not be disturbed. 18. Revision of Exhibit M. to include possible permits. These permits to Air Quality and Storm Water have already been applied for and I have received permit # Apen #Ol smo212F from a'v pollution control and storm water has received application but not responded except for phone call saying they are reviewing my application and will contact me. When complete copies of both these permits applications are enclosed. 19. Revision Exhibit Q. Copies of signed return receipt card from the certified mailing of notices attached. 20. Exhibit S to include county road as a manmade structure. Would be included in our permit from San Miguel County Road and Bridge of which I have and there is a complete copy enclosed with Rules and Regulations.
