Enclosed for revision of Exhibit C, section 2g) showing San Miguel <br />County is owner of the County Road which is considered to be a <br />permanent man made structure that is located within 200 feet of the <br />proposed affected azea boundary is: Copy of application for special <br />Construction Permit applied for and received back from San Miguel <br />County Road Department, along with resolution sent to us by San Miguel <br />County Road Department. <br />3. Issue #3 as per Rule 6.4 Exhibit D <br />a. We will use a dozer to remove topsoil from each section to be mined. <br />Onsite inspection with Steve Shuey requires top six inches of soil to be <br />stockpiled sepazate from remainder of overburden. This soil will be <br />seeded to prevent erosion. <br />b. Topsoil -overburden -waste rock all stockpiled sepazately. All this <br />to be moved from each section to be moved by dozer only. No <br />explosives are to be used. After overburden is removed from rock to <br />be mined, rock will be lifted with forklift. This is the total sum of <br />mining process.
