Posed upon a survey of the property boundary by Ernie <br />Schaaf and Associates, Registered Land Surveyors, the revised <br />Permit Poundary will be established and steel fence posts <br />driven into the ground at each corner ^f the Permit Area. <br />13. Access will be at the location shown on Exhibit E - <br />Mining Plan Map. Two 48" culverts will be placed in the Phase <br />I excavated area so that the loader and/or trucks can cross the <br />diverted Uncompahgre without disturbing the flowing water. As <br />the water flaws through the Phase I area, there will 6e a <br />decreased velocity which will allow for the deposit of <br />suspended solids prior to the water re-entering the existing <br />channel to the north. <br />14. A 3-ft high rip-rapped berm <br />location of Test Well #1 northward to <br />Zanett/Klein property boundary and the <br />present channel of the river as shown <br />Reclamation Plan Map. <br />Exhibit D - Reclamation Plan <br />will be placed from the <br />the intersection of the <br />west side of the <br />on Exhibit E - <br />v. The permit boundary has been revised so that these <br />cottonwood trees will not be removed. The excavated slope <br />upstream from these trees will be protected 6y the wire/rail <br />structure shown on Er.hibit E - Reclamation Plan Map. The <br />excavated slope adjacent to these trees will be protected by <br />rip-rap. <br />6. As discussed in <br />Reclamation Plan, in the <br />Adequacy Items - January <br />Cottonwood trees will be <br />mitigate the removal of <br />er,cavation process. <br />Items 2 and 4 of Exhibit D - <br />February 24, 1992, Response to <br />13, 1992, twenty four 6'-10' <br />planted in the excavated areas to <br />=ottanwaod shrubs during the <br />
