ALFALFA MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL PLAN
INTRODUCTION
The following alfalfa Management and Control Plan addresses the concern for over abundance
of alfalfa in reclaimed areas at the Seneca II Mine as noted on Page 33 (Item 2) in the
Seneca II M1ne Permit Renewal Findings Document dated December 31, 1986. The plan
includes revised revegetation methods and grazing management as the techniques to be
employed in managing and controlling alfalfa composition in the postlaw reclaimed areas.
