Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received your faxed letter regazding the above pit and your wish to delay <br />the approval process, on June 4, 2004.On June 8, 2004 I contacted you over the phone <br />and explained the process and answered some of your concerns. At that time, I also gave <br />you the operator's consultants telephone #, that submitted the application, so you can <br />discuss your concerns with him. <br />The Division approved the application on 6/16/03 with no condition and set the <br />recalamtion warranty for the site at $17,500.00. Under Rule 1.7.1 (c).
