Your questions are addressed <br />as follows: <br />A. Application <br />1. The area will be barren ground when work in the pit is completed. <br />This is what the area was to start with. <br />B. Mining Plan <br />1. There is no topsoil or overburden on this pit. <br />2. There is not topsoil to stockpile. <br />C. Reclamation Plan <br />1. There will be no replacement of topsoil. You can't replace something <br />you don't have.
