An 18-inch CMP culvert functions to pass runoff from the northeast portion
of the raw and clean coal stockpile area to Sedimentation Pond No. 1, as
shown on the Drainage and Sediment Control Map, (Map 20).
Hydrology inputs and results for the contributing watersheds are shown on
Table 2, SEDCAD+ Version 3.0, Pond 1 and Associated Structures.
