<br />Mondays Ihrouph Saturdays. ' _
<br />3. The general mine areae are idan-

<br />restncting entry to authorized per-
<br />sonnel. Signs identifying the area as
<br />a blasting area also tlescriDe the war-
<br />ning and all-clear signals. Each
<br />specilic blasting area is itlentilied as
<br />such antl all chargetl holes are guartl-
<br />e0 antl posted against unauthorized
<br />entry. Funkier, access to the im-
<br />metliale area of a blasting site is
<br />clearetl an0 controlled by qualified
<br />mine personnel prior to a blast.'
<br />I. A motlulated siren shall be~
<br />sountletl approximately 3 minutes
<br />belora the blast. A single Iona Irom
<br />Me siren will signal the all clear.
