EXHIBIT I -SOILS INFORMATION <br />The information provided in this Exhibit is intended to satisfy the requirements outlined in Section <br />6.4.9 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Construction Material Rules and <br />Regulations: <br />(1) In consultation with the Soil Conservation Service or other qualified person, indicate on <br />a map (fn Exhibit C) or by a statement the general type, thickness and disfributfon of soil <br />over affected land. <br />The soil types on the site are shown on the Existing Conditions Map (Exhibit C).
