EXHIBIT H -WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br />The information provided in this Exhibit is intended to satisfy the requirements outlined in Section <br />6.4.8 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Construction Material Rules and <br />Regulations: <br />(1) The Operator/Applicant shall include in this Exhibit, a description of the game and <br />non-game resources on and in the vicinity of the application area, including; <br />a) A description of the significant wildlife resources on the affected land; <br />This information is provided in the attached Wildlife Assessment Report, prepared by <br />Savage and Savage environmental firm, located at 4610 Haystack Drive, Windsor, <br />Colorado 80550, based on a site investigation conducted on May 26, 2005. <br />bJ Seasonal use of the area; <br />This information is provided in the attached Wildlife Assessment Report, prepared by <br />Savage and Savage environmental firm, located at 4610 Haystack Drive, Windsor, <br />Colorado 80550, based on a site investigation conducted on May 26, 2005. <br />c) Threatened or endangered species; <br />The attached Savage and Savage Wildlife Assessment included an evaluation for <br />threatened and endangered species.
