The access road from Garfield County Road Nu. <br />237 to your exploration site not be reclaimed at the <br />time when your company's obligation to reclaim the <br />exporation site commences under Colorado law or at the <br />time specified and approved in your permits. Phis <br />access road has bey+~. in place for many years prior to <br />this proposed or previous exploration/mining activities. <br />It has always provided access to this portion f,[ tlic <br />Eldridge properties and it is our wish that it remain <br />in place in the future for continued access to and use <br />of this property by the lessors. <br />2.
