The Division has received and approves your April 19, 2000 waiver of a right to a decision
within 120 days and request for revised dates for Division recommendation, pre-Hearing
Conference, and Formal Public Hearing for the above mentioned application. As requested, the
revised dates aze as follows:
June 2, 2000 .......... Division recommendation on application for Regulaz 1 l2 Operation
June 12- l3, 2000 ... pre-Hearing Conference (to be held at Commerce City Offices)
June 21-22, 2000 ... Formal Public Hearing (to be held at 1313 Sherman, Rm 318)
Also, I have attached copies of additional hydrologic adequacy comments regazding the above
mentioned regulaz 112 application. Please note that these additional adequacy comments aze the
same as those previously faxed to you and John Hickman of Mobile Premix/Lafazge. In order to
allow adequate time for Division review of your adequacy responses, the Division requests that
you provide such information on or before May 24, 2000. Rule 1.8.1 states that changes and
additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the County Clerk and
Recorder. The applicant must also provide the Division with an affidavit or receipt
demonstrating that the change or addition was filed with the County Clerk and Recorder no later
than the close of business on the day the change was filed with the Division.
