Following the final stage of sand removal the affected
land will look like the surrounding terrain. Rye will be planted
on it on an annual basis as is done presently on the other portions
of the land in question.
The applicant is considering the construction of a home on
the site after the hill is leveled although at this time no blue-
prints have been prepared or permits obtained.
