<br />E$hibit H <br />Re: Reclamation Costs <br />The reclamation of the affected land will involve the <br />planting of rye on the surface as is presently being done on <br />the other portion of that land owned by the Suppi family. This <br />service is presently being done by a neighboring farmer, Mr. Joseph <br />Amato, without charge or assessment to the land owners except for <br />the understanding that Mr. Amato can harvest and retain the crop <br />without additional consideration from the Suppi family. As soon <br />as the operation is completed by the applicant, the land will then <br />be in a posture to be planted and harvested by Mr, Amato under <br />the same arrangement described above. <br />At such time in the future that the .Suppi family elect to <br />proceed with the construction of a home on the land, such activity <br />will be undertaken following the obtaining of all necessary permits <br />from the applicable County and State agencies. <br />
