Caltany <br />Re: Re-open grave{ pit #18 Pipe Springs Ranch LLC, File No. M-2003-019, Receipt of 110 Constnic~ori 'rector <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Application Package <br />Deaz Mr. Crane: <br />On Mazch 5, 2003, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your the 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />Application package for the Re-open gravel pit #18 Pipe Springs Ranch LLC, File No. M-2003-019. Preliminary review of <br />the information received determined that the following items must be received before the Division can consider your <br />application as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br />APPT.TCATTON FORM: Signature Page: The Division requires that [he county seal be affixed to this page, <br />F.XTTTRTT T _ Prnnf of Mailing Nn6ras of Permit Annlieatinn (Rnlr 6.3.101: Include proof of mailings of the <br />"Notice of Permit Application' sent [o the County Boazd of Commissioners and Board of Supervisors of the local <br />Soil Conservation District, in the application, by submitting the date-stamped receipt for Certified Mailing or a <br />date-stamped copy of the notice form with signature acknowledging personal service and receipt by the approptiate~ <br />boazd. Also, refer [o Rule 1.6.2(1)(a). <br />Your application will not be considered filed until the infotmation Listed above is received and found sufficient to begin our <br />review. A decision date will be established 30 days from the date of receipt of all of [he requested information. Additionally, <br />if you have already published notice you will need to republish notice, after the Division considers the application submitted. <br />Republication must occur once within ten (10) days of the submittal date. We will notify you when you should initiate <br />republication of your notice. The final date for receiving comments is ten (10) days after the date of publication or the next <br />regular business day. <br />You have sixty (60) days from the above date to submit all necessary documents that the Office needs for an application to be <br />considered filed. If, at the end of the sixty-day period, the application has not been determined [o be filed with [he Office, the <br />Office shall deny the application and terminate [he application file. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there aze no other technical deficiencies in your application.
