The maximum depth of all pits during mining shall not exceed
twenty (20') feet. After grading (reclamation) is complete,
the depth of all pits shall not exceed five (5') feet.
2. All access roads are county roads and have been in existence
prior to mining operations.
3. On the Granby Airport and Benson Pits there is no topsoil
present that can be removed and segregated. Topsoil will be
trucked in for reclamation purposes and applied to a depth
of one inch (1").
4. Please see attached maps.
5. Grand County will accomplish all tasks recommended by SCS
for reclamation.
Concerning the Granby Airport Pit:
1. Please see attached map.
